The Story Behind the Rattlesnake Pendant

I grew up around rattlesnakes in Colorado and always felt that they carried a special power that was both terrifying and magical. An incident that left a strong impression on me happened when I was a teenager at my auntie and uncle’s ranch. I saw a large rattlesnake near my little brother and had to act quickly to protect him and the horses. That moment stayed with me. I kept the rattle as a reminder, and I felt that after that day, a part of the snake also became part of me, energetically and spiritually. 

I feel that the snake's energy contains a powerful peacefulness, but when threatened, it unleashes one of the most intense defensive attacks in force, speed, and venom. I look at them with respect and awe of their heightened abilities and spatial awareness, which can be carried into everyday life to inspire whoever needs a personal sense of protection, peace, and awareness around them to keep themselves and their loved ones safe.

The Rattlesnake pendant is hand-carved in wax and cast in sterling silver or 10K, 14K, and 18K white or yellow gold.
