• Preferred metals — Sterling Silver, 10K–24K Yellow or White Gold, Platinum
• Stones you'd like — Diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, rubies, or other natural gemstones such as garnet, peridot, moonstone, turquoise, etc.

Natural and lab-grown diamonds are available in all grades. GIA or IGI certification is available upon request. All diamonds are sourced from New York City's Diamond District and are guaranteed conflict-free, adhering to the highest ethical standards under the WDC System of Warranties (SoW) guidelines.

Clients are welcome to include inspiration, sketches, or reference images to help guide the creative process. Please note that each piece is designed in the artist’s own unique style, and the work of other artists is not copied. Clients are encouraged to browse the Jewelry Gallery for examples.

CLIENT-SUPPLIED STONES

Clients may choose to supply their own diamonds or gemstones for use in a custom piece. All client-supplied stones must be evaluated and approved by the artist before work begins.

While every reasonable precaution is taken during handling, unsetting (if applicable), setting, and finishing processes, client-supplied stones are accepted at the client’s risk. Natural gemstones may contain inclusions or internal characteristics that can affect durability during setting.

Clients are strongly encouraged to insure their stone(s) prior to delivery. Proof of insurance may be required before work begins. Ken Fury is not responsible for loss, damage, or replacement of client-supplied stones.

A signed client-supplied stone waiver is required before any handling, unsetting, or setting of client-owned gemstones.

CRAFTING YOUR PIECE

Each design is handcrafted using traditional techniques such as the lost-wax method or hand fabrication.

COLLABORATION & UPDATES

Clients are involved throughout the process. Progress updates, including photos and videos, are provided for feedback and adjustments as the piece develops.

COMPLETION

Once the piece is complete, it will be prepared for insured delivery with a required signature.

PAYMENT

A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the piece, prior to pickup or delivery.

TIMELINES

Completion typically takes 3–8 weeks, depending on design complexity and workload. This is an estimate and may vary.

DESIGN RIGHTS & POLICY

All original designs created by Ken Fury as part of a custom commission remain the intellectual property of the artist. This includes design concepts, drawings, models, and finished works.

Ken Fury may reproduce or reinterpret commissioned designs, including inclusion in future collections or promotional materials. Commission fees cover materials and craftsmanship and do not include exclusive design rights, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

All commissioned pieces are final sale due to the custom nature of each piece. Refunds or exchanges are not available.
